WHO WE ARE
Derek Cleary - Director
Derek is a seasoned IT professional with 18 years’ experience in business analysis, project management and consultancy in Australia and Ireland. For the past 6 years Derek has focused on loyalty and has helped deliver numerous high profile, innovative loyalty programs.
Derek’s skills have been sharpened in a variety of roles with Qantas, Sydney Airport Corporation, Velocity (Virgin Australia), AI Group, Vodafone, Telstra, Soul (now TPG Telecom), Accenture, IBM Global Services and NTL (now Virgin Media Ireland).
Highly regarded for his communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, Derek is a Certified Scrum Manager and proficient in Agile and Waterfall.
He holds a BSc. Honours Degree in Microbiology and a Higher Diploma in Computer Science. Born and raised in Ireland, Derek emigrated to Sydney in 2005, where he lives with his wife and four children.
